Babb Maldonado & Associates LLC (BMA) is a Hispanic-owned financial advisory firm providing services in SBA compliance, due diligence, loan valuation, credit underwriting, asset acquisition, divestiture, and risk assessment. The firm is an approved contractor under the GSA Schedule SIN 520 3 – Due Diligence and Support Services. Since 2002, BMA and its associates have advised clients with respect to the review, management, and disposition of commercial and residential loans. The firm has had direct contract awards with the US Small Business Administration, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the US Department of Transportation.
